Most people unknowingly fight their personal year — pushing for harvest in Year 2 (a tending year), pushing for expansion in Year 7 (an inner year), pushing for stability in Year 5 (a movement year). Knowing the year you are in lets you stop pushing against the current and use it instead.

your personal year = (birth month + birth day + current year) → reduce to a single digit between 1 and 9
Example: someone born June 12, calculating for 2026:
→ 6 + 12 + 2026 = 2044
→ 2 + 0 + 4 + 4 = 10
→ 1 + 0 = 1 → Personal Year 1 (a beginning year)
Personal year flips on your solar return (your birthday) in some traditions and on January 1 in others. Most contemporary numerologists use January 1 for simplicity.
